Tantec EST is growing and is looking to bring on a Heavy Hitter Sales Person to be part of our small and efficient sales team. Tantec Est. is the US sales organization of Tantec A/S a successful Danish provider of electrical surface treatment equipment for various industrial purposes. Customers are mostly medium and large size players within automotive, medical and other manufacturing industries.
You might be an ambitious entry level sales person or an experienced sales executive. More importantly you are looking to be part of a high performance team using both personality, experience, logic and intuition to achieve extraordinary results for both company and customers. You don’t necessarily need a technical background if you are bright, curious and willing to do what´s needed.
We are looking for a conscientious person who is able to handle emotional disappointments, bounce back from losses, and mentally prepare yourself for the next opportunity to compete and achieve.
During your first 12 months of employment Tantec will provide you with product and industry training focusing on the existing customer base. Hereafter you will be identifying leads, opening doors, establishing relationships and closing deals on your own. Your base will be our office in Glendale Heights IL and your district will be targeted industry clusters all over the US.
You will be offered a fixed salary, Health and Life insurance, 2 weeks of vacation, laptop, cell phone and you will be rewarded for the extraordinary results we strive to achieve. You will spend app. 50 % of your time travelling and canvassing.
Your own sales efforts will comply with competitive products, trade shows and technical seminars, a superior CRM system good references, a competitive culture and a friendly atmosphere. You will report to the US vice president and you are expected to visit the European Headquarter once or twice a year.
