ProCobot explores new possibilities with Tantec’s Plug & Play Plasma solution

After further training and consulting with Tantec, we were able to conduct Proof of Concept tests for our customers with peace of mind,” says Mirosław Jaślan, CTO at ProCobot.

This allowed ProCobot to quickly get started with the technology, which has opened new opportunities for efficient surface treatment. ProCobot is currently running a series of tests for various customers, primarily in the automotive industry.

“The first test results indicate that surface tension has been successfully improved for subsequent processes. This includes painting and coating, which is crucial to achieve the desired result; parts that are ready to ship to customers. This shows that we are well on our way to optimizing our processes and meeting our customers’ high requirements,” says Mirosław.

In terms of future technological trends, ProCobot believes that cobots (collaborative robots) and plasma processing will continue to evolve towards solutions that are easily accessible to customers.
